mommaFit Collective is a faith-based, online fitness platform geared towards pregnant, postpartum, and mommas alike, that offers its members a variety of fitness programs for any fitness level. New programs are added yearly, there are Prenatal and Postnatal specific programs, free general workouts, live workouts, plus an online support community just for moms. Additionally, all workouts have modifications and advancements for different fitness levels, and all general workouts have adjustments for pre/postnatal as well.
All workouts and protocols are created and led by Bri Scully, CPT, CES, PCES, PES.
At mommaFit Collective, our mission is to empower mothers through every stage of motherhood—prenatal, postnatal, and beyond—by providing faith-based, supportive, and transformative fitness programs. We are dedicated to fostering strength, confidence, and wellness, helping moms to love and honor their bodies, care for their families by also caring for themselves, and fulfill their purpose with grace and resilience.
Our vision is to create a global community where mothers feel empowered, supported, and equipped to thrive in every phase of motherhood with their overall fitness, and mental, physical, and spiritual health. Through faith-based fitness programs, we aim to inspire moms to embrace their strength, prioritize their health, and confidently pursue their purpose—building a legacy of grace, resilience, and vitality for generations to come. Furthermore, we aim to help remind moms of the beauty in themselves, to help them find the confidence in who they are as moms, and to teach the truth in health, fitness, and nutrition, and to help moms achieve their goals while finding a newfound confidence and love for themselves, their bodies, and their journey throughout motherhood.
